本研究的目的在探討國小教師教學熱忱、幽默感、教學幸福感之現況與關係。另外,本研究也分析了幽默感在教學熱忱對教學幸福感的中介效果影響。本研究採問卷調查法,採用三個量表作為施測,包含「幽默感量表」、「教學熱忱量表」、「教學幸福感量表」,以花蓮縣452位小學教師為樣本收集研究,並以SPSS 20.0版之統計套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析、信效度分析、現況分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、路徑分析等統計方式進行資料分析,本研究結果發現如下:國小教師在幽默感現況中得分最高者為「欣賞與期許」;教學熱忱現況中得分最高者為「師生互動」;教學幸福感現況中得分最高者為「專業表現」。國小資訊、健體、藝文領域教師在教學幸福感上高於國語、數學領域教師。國小教師幽默感、教學熱忱、教學幸福感,任兩個變項皆達顯著正相關。國小教師的幽默感、教學熱忱皆對教學幸福感有正向的直接影響效果。幽默感在教學熱忱與教學幸福感之間具有部份中介效果。本研究依據研究結果對教師、學校及後續研究者提出建議。
The main purpose of this study was to explored the current situation, and the relevance among sense humor, teaching enthusiasm and teaching well-being of primary school teachers. In addition, the study also analyzed the mediation of Sense Humor between teaching enthusiasm and teaching well-being of primary school teachers. This study adopted the questionnaire method. Three scales were used for the study that including "Sense Humor Scale", "Teaching Enthusiasm Scale", and "Teaching Well-being Scale". The study was conducted through the survey techniques and participators were 452 teachers from Hualien County. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, multi regression analysis and path analysis of the SPSS 20.0. The research result as the followings: Elementary school teachers had the highest score of sense of humor as "Appreciation and Expectation"; the highest score of teaching enthusiasm as "Teacher-student Interaction"; the highest score of teaching well-being as "Professional Performance". Teachers who teaching fields of information, fitness, arts and literature have higher teaching well-being than the fields of Mandarin and mathematics in elementary schools. "Elementary school teachers" sense of humor, teaching enthusiasm, and teaching well-being were positive correlated. The sense of humor and teaching enthusiasm of elementary school teachers had positive direct effect on teaching well-being. Sense of humor had partial mediating effect between teaching enthusiasm and teaching well-being. Based on the findings, this study presents specific recommendations for teachers, schools and future research.
