工作幸福感文獻回顧

The Well Being at Work Place: A Systematic Review

摘要


工作幸福感來自於個體的工作目標與潛能得以充分實現時的心理感受與愉悅體驗,是需要個人及組織持續努力與關注的過程。本研究藉由整合過往相關文獻,闡述工作幸福感的影響因素、形成原因與結果、相關理論及測量方式。並以本次探討結果提出結論與建議,作為後續研究之參考。
