提取及鑑定豆科植物中氨基酸以為飼料及食物之補養品 第一報 利用濾紙色層分析法由太陽麻及虎爪豆中分開及鑑定氨基酸之種類

摘要


大量的自由氨基酸如天門冬氨酸(aspartic acid),麸氨酸(glutamic acid),白氨酸(leucine),離氨酸(lysine),甲基硫氨酸(methionine),色氨酸(tryptophan),酥氨酸(tyrosine),纈草氨酸(valine)等被發現存在於太陽麻中。然幾無自由氨基酸被發現存在於虎爪豆中。上述兩種豆科植物之水解物中發現的之共有氨基酸有:天門冬氨酸,麸氨酸,半胱氨基酸(cysteine),甲基硫氨酸及自氨酸。在樣品的不同部位發現有息寧氨酸(threonine),脯氨酸(proline),丙氨酸(alanine),絲氨酸(serine),纈草氨酸,酥氨酸,苯丙氣酸(phenylalanine)及阿金氨酸(arginine)。太陽麻及虎爪豆的葉部含大量的纈草氨酸、甲基硫氨酸、白氨酸及阿金氨酸;中量的息寧氨酸、苯丙氨酸及離氨酸。除外,在它們的莖部還含有中量的色氨酸,可用為食物補養品中必需氨基酸類的理想來源,且將具有非常重要的經濟價值。

Large amounts of free amino acids were found in sunn hemp, such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine, lysine, methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine, and valine; while nearly no free amino acids were detectd in Mucuna capitata. The common amino acid s found in the hydrolysates of the above leguminous plants are aspartic acid, glutamic acid, cysteine, methionine, and leucine. The amino acids cccurred occasionally in different parts of the samples are threonine, proline, alanine, serine, valine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, and arginine. The Ieaves of the two plants contain large amounts of valine, methionine, leucine, and arginine, moderate amounts of threonine, phenylalanine, and lysine, and the stems of them contain moderate amount s of tryptophan which may serve as good sources of essential amino acids for food complements and will become of much economic importance.
