摘要


在一般高分子化合物之生產以及其構造之研究上,溶液粘度之測定是屬於不可或缺之工具之一。尼龍-6之溶液粘度測定中,以使用溶媒種類區分,最常用者有硫酸、蟻酸和間-甲酚等三種溶媒。本研究以線狀尼龍-6為試樣,硫酸為溶媒,測定其溶液之相對粘度(relative viscosity)並觀察及討論尼龍-6之硫酸溶液相對粘度與溶媒性質、溶媒濃度、測定溫度、試樣中可抽取物含量(extractable content)以及試樣配製濃度等因素之關係。再由尼龍-6溶液濃度與換算粘度(reduced viscosity)或與本來粘度(inherent viscosity)間之關係,求出試樣的固有粘度(intrinsic viscosity)和其一般實驗式。

The effects of the property and concentration of sulfuric acid solvent, measuring temperature, extractable content in polymer, and concentration of polymer solution on the relative viscosity of NYLON-6 were investigated in detail. Determination of the intrinsic viscosity of NYLON-6 was also made from the relation between the concentration of NYLON-6 solution and its reduced viscosity or inherent viscosity.
