摘要

採用質量分析，鑑別磺胺胍、磺胺噻唑、磺胺二甲嘧啶、乙醯苯磺胺、磺胺異噁唑、磺胺甲基硫噻唑等磺胺劑之系統分析法，業經建立，其個別主質量分解成分以及質量分析過程亦經檢討，其結果適用於單一及混合磺胺劑主系統鑑別。

A schematic method of identification of sulfa drugs, sulfaguanidine, sulfathiazole, sulfamethazine, sulfacetamide, sulfaisoxazole, and sulfamethazole was established. The individual fragmentation and its cleavage were also discussed and the results were applicable to their simple and mixed preparations for a practical use.
