摘要

ESCA除了在分析方面有獨到的功能外，其化學位移的應用更在化學研究上增加了一項有力的工具。本文說明ESCA之原理、構造、讀譜，並對最近化學研究的應用分類予以介紹。

Besides the characteristic function in chemical analysis, ESCA is an invaluable tool in chemical research by utilizing chemical shifts. The principle, instrumentation and spectra are introduced and the recent chemical applications are reviewed.
