摘要

構樹(Broussonetia papyrifera Vent.)係屬於桑科（Moraceae）植物，其莖枝皮及葉中有白色乳汁，民間用以治癬甚效，果實曰楮寶，用治腰膝酸軟，水腫腹脹，血虛目眩等症。木植物莖部乙醇抽出物，經矽膠管柱層析由其乙酸乙酯及氯仿溶出部份分離得四種結晶性物質，並分別鑑定為betulinic acid(I) ursolic acid (II), genkwanin (III)及marmesin(IV)。

Broussonetia papyrifera Vent. is a Moraceous plant which yields a white juice from its stem or branch bark and leaves. It is used as a folk medicine in treating ringworm with marked effect. Its fruit is known as Che Shih, which is used for treating achy loin and knees, abdominal edematous distention, blood asthenia with blurring vision, etc. From the ethanol- ic extract of the stem of this plant, after silica gel column chromatography, four crystalline compounds were obtained. The compounds were identified as betulinic acid (I), ursolic acid (II), genkwanin (III) and marmesin (IV), respectively.
