二仁溪流域水中多苯環芳香族碳氫化合物之分析

The Analysis of Polycylic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Er-Jen River

摘要


利用吸附法、氧化鋁層析管柱粗分及高解析度氣相層析儀(附火焰游離偵測器,GC-FID)細分等技術分析位於高雄及台南縣交界上二仁溪流域之中、下游水中多苯環芳香族碳氫化合物(PAHs)的種類及含量。水樣流過經丙酮、二氯甲烷、甲醇等溶劑清洗過之XAD-2充填管柱,吸附其中之多苯環芳香族碳氫化合物,再以丙酮、二氯甲烷等溶劑去吸,續經吸附性氧化鋁分離管柱粗分。最後於高解析度氣相層析儀中以25公尺長固定相為BP-5之毛細管柱細分。定性分析則配合滯留指數及氣相層析質譜儀檢定;定量分析則對照定量校正曲線及回收率,而確定出二仁溪流域水中多苯環芳香族碳氫化合物的含量及種類。由研究結果之數據顯示二仁溪水中多苯環芳香族碳氫化合物汙染平均量在數個ppb範圍以下。

Quantitative and qualitative analysis of Polycyclic aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) pollutants from water samples in Er-Jen river were performed first by extraction and preconcentration of PAHs from water matrix on Amberlite XAD-2 macroreticular resinous adsorbent (XAD-2). XAD-2 resins were perwashed with acetone, dichloromethane and methanol before using as a clean up procedure to remove any possible preadsorpted of contaminated compounds. The PAHs were desorpted off from XAD-2 resins by redissolving in acetone and dichloromethane, and following purified by neutral aluminum oxide adsorption column chromatography. Detail separation of PAHs was achieved by capillary column gas chromatography using a 25-m long capillary column coated with BP-5 stationary phase. Individual PAHs was determinated by gas chromatographic retention index and confirmed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The concentrations of PAHs in all water samples were found in the low ppb range.
