摘要

利用快速原子撞擊游離法對熱不穩定，低揮發性，高極性化合物質給分析優異性，本文進行配醣體的質譜測定。除對正、負離子回譜作分析與比較外，為提高圖譜品質，還對介質的選用，樣品前處理，分子量確定等作一系列探討與比較。

The mass spectra of several O-glycosides were obtained by fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, an useful tool for analyzing highly polar, non-violatile, thermally unstable compounds. The comparison of the positive and negative modes and the investigation of experimental variations were undertaken. The matrix system, the treatment of samples and the facilitation of molecular weight determination were also discussed.
