超臨界流體萃取物於縱火殘跡樣品前處理之應用

本論文係以超臨界流體萃取法對縱火殘跡樣品進行前處理的研究,並以直交表實驗計畫法尋找實驗因子的最佳條件。結果發現以實驗計畫法可以迅速得到吸附劑中萃取三類縱火劑的分析條件,按此條件但提高其萃取溫度至85 ℃時,模擬火場基質(合成地毯)中所添加之不同縱火劑的回收率均可達到80%以上,且不同樣品間回收率之差異不大,其相對標準偏差在10%以內,而干擾物被萃出之量亦相當有限,不致影響圖譜的判別,除此之外,在模擬燃燒後本法亦可有效地將殘存之微量縱火劑萃取出,處理樣品時亦比現行的方法方便、快速,故可將本方法應用於縱火殘跡樣品的前處理。

Parallel abstracts


The present work presents a new method, supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), for arson debris sample preparation. Via an orthogonal array experimental design, the optimal conditions of SFE were obtained. In these conditions with the temperature increased to 85 °C , the recovery of different types of arson accelerants was better than 80% in a 25-minme extraction. The between-sample relative standard deviation was smaller than 10%. Furthermore, only limited interference components were coextracted. Compared with other existing methods, the proposed method is more rap id, convenient and efficient as demonstrated by the extractions of a series of simulated fire residues, thus enhancing its applicability in arson debris sample pretreatment.
