雙頻共振核磁共振方法於結構上之鑑定

摘要

本文介紹在固態核磁共振技術中如何利用異核之間的偶極作用力來量測固態樣品中核種之間的距離，此技術稱為雙頻共振REDOR)。目前此技術已經廣泛的被使用，本文就其基本的原理和實驗所需注意之細節和設備作一簡單的介紹;並且針對兩種情況作分析：一為孤立的兩核種;另一為多核的情況。另外我們也對另一類似技術TEDOR，作一理論上的分析，其可作為REDOR技術中去除背景訊號所造成的影響。最後在對這兩種方法的優缺點作一比較和探討。

This article provides the brief introduction of solid state double resonance NMR techniques such as REDOR and TEDOR. The density matrix calculations were employed to analyze the changes of NMR signals after the applications of REDOR and TEDOR pulse sequences.
