分子在激發態所進行的化學反應,如激發態質子轉移(excited state pronton transfer-ESPT)、分子內電荷轉移(intramolecular charge transfer-ICT)以及螢光能量轉移(fluorescence energy transfer-FERT)…等,在化學領域及生化領域有非常廣泛的應用。上述的光物理變化會很明顯地受到環境的極性、pH值及黏性影響。在此我們以具有分子內電荷轉移的高螢光性有機分子來探討這類分子在微胞(micelle)、反微胞(reverse micelle)、環糊精(cyclodextrin)及蛋白質結構轉變研究上的應用。
The excited-state reaction, such as excited state proton transfer (ESPT), intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FREE) have been applied in chemistry and biochemistry. These excited-state reactions were influenced strongly by environment change, such as polarity, pH value, and viscosity. The application of fluorescent compounds possessing ICT as a biosensor in micelle, reverse micelle, cyclodextrin and protein was reviewed in this article.
