摘要


聚碳酸酯多元醇(Polycarbonate diol)主要應用於聚氨酯材料中作為軟鏈段部分,相較於傳統型聚酯與聚醚多元醇,其所合成之聚氨酯材料具有較佳的耐水解、耐熱、耐氧化降解與機械特性等。因此,近年來對於聚碳酸酯二醇以及聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯新材料的開發也越來越獲得重視。本文介紹聚碳酸酯多元醇聚合方法、觸媒系統以及其在聚氨酯原材料中相關應用。

Polycarbonate diols are mainly used in polyurethane materials as a soft segment. Compared to the traditional polyester and polyether polyols, polyurethane materials prepared from polycarbonate diols have improved hydrolysis resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance and mechanical properties. Therefore, in recent years, the development of polycarbonate diols and polycarbonate-based polyurethane materials has also become important. This paper describes the polycarbonate diol synthesis methods and its related applications in polyurethane raw materials.
