How Digital Learning Companion - Chat GPT Assist in Learning Chemistry

摘要


網路普及發展,使用網際網路輔助學習已是21世紀的常態。Chat GPT是一種基於自然語言處理和大量閱讀不同文本數據而成的AI語言模型,因而功能強大,未來Chat GPT將會大幅度改變大學生的學習生態,本篇文章將以「如何利用數位學伴-Chat GPT輔助學習化學」為主題,講述一位學士班主修化學的大二學生,如何利用指令來讓AI輔助學習。作者將問題種類依據難度分成四大項目,名詞定義與觀念的解釋、輔助課程章節重點整理歸納與名詞整理、習題指引、習題解題。將透過學生的視角來剖析Chat GPT是如何幫助主修化學的學生,更加快速掌握章節內容與課程重點,並透過互動學習與零時差在線的優勢,解決過往學生求助無門、羞於提問等問題。在這樣的優勢下Chat GPT在學生學習的路上,且學且伴可以稱為稱職的數位學伴。

With the popularization and development of the internet, using the internet to assist learning has become the norm in the 21st century. Chat GPT is an AI language model based on natural language processing and reading diverse textual data, making it a powerful tool. In the future, Chat GPT will greatly change the learning environment of university students. This article focuses on "How digital learning companion - Chat GPT to assist in learning Chemistry" and describes how a sophomore chemistry major student can use commands to enable AI assistance in learning. The author categorizes the problem types into four main areas: defining terminology and explaining concepts, summarizing and organizing course chapters and key terms, providing exercise guidance, and solving exercise problems. Through the perspective of the student, this article analyzes how Chat GPT can help chemistry students master chapter content and key concepts more quickly, and solve problems such as seeking help without success and reluctance to ask questions through interactive learning and real-time online advantages. With these benefits, Chat GPT is the most capable digital learning companion for students to learn and grow together.
