【原創論文】再生能源結合電化學產氫案場研析

Research on the Renewable Energy Field Combined with Electrochemical Hydrogen Production

摘要


因應國家淨零排放目標及考量再生能源佔比擴大,研究團隊整合再生能源及電解產氫系統,於台南沙崙建置氫氣儲能先導示範場域,驗證再生能源電力情境應用於電解產氫及長時間儲能之環構與能源管理技術,完成首座再生能源氫能儲能示範場域建置,包含電解產氫系統、外部輸氫管道與氫氣緩衝系統。以HOMER模擬軟體模擬場域用電情境,場域全年再生能源餘電量主要來自週六、週日,過剩再生能源電力量為34,053 kWh,且餘電多分布在12月~5月之間,初步判斷主因是夏、秋季氣溫高,場域空調用電負載高,因此過剩再生能源電力量少。根據模擬估算,全年周末的綠氫產量潛力約為6,810 Nm^3,可做為先期示範驗證評估參考。因此根據模擬結果,初期建置產氫量為10 Nm^3/h之電解產氫系統,並完成氫氣緩衝儲存槽建置,總儲存量可達50 Nm^3。同時,藉由建構沙崙氫能技術示範平台,力求加速氫能產業推動以及提升使用者信心與大眾接受度。透過再生能源產氫及氫氣儲能系統建置,將進行再生能源電力變動與產氫系統整合實證,建構完整氫生產、儲存之示範驗證基地,提供國內業者綠氫來源產業驗證與應用平台。

In response to the national goal of net zero emissions and the expansion of the proportion of renewable energy, this project integrates renewable energy and electrolytic hydrogen production systems, builds pilot demonstration sites for hydrogen energy storage, and verifies the application of renewable energy power scenarios in electrolytic hydrogen production, environment construction for long-term energy storage, and energy management technology. The project finally has completed the construction of the first renewable energy hydrogen energy storage demonstration site, including electrolysis system, external hydrogen transmission pipeline and hydrogen buffer system. The project completes renewable energy power analysis using HOMER software, taking inventory of Shalun Green Energy Technology Demonstration Site, and the result shows that the excess PV power on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year is 34,053 kWh, mainly occurring from December to May, and the green hydrogen production potential during the weekend annually is about 6,810 Nm^3, which can be used as a reference for early demonstration, verification, and evaluation. According to the simulation result, the electrolytic system of 10 Nm^3/h hydrogen production rate, 50 Nm^3 storage capacity, and the buffer tanks for hydrogen storage are constructed. At the same time, by building a demonstration platform at Shalun for the domestic industry, this project accelerates the promotion of the industry, and enhances user confidence and public acceptance. Through the construction of renewable energy hydrogen production and hydrogen energy storage systems, the integration of renewable energy power changes and hydrogen production systems has been demonstrated, and a complete demonstration and verification base for hydrogen production and storage has been constructed to provide domestic industry the verification and application platform for green hydrogen sources.
