摘要


幾丁聚醣是一種來自甲殼類動物外骨骼的生物高分子化合物,具有多種特殊性質,例如生物相容性、生物分解性、低毒性和抗微生物性。由於這些特性,幾丁聚醣在醫藥領域中得到廣泛應用。本文回顧了幾丁聚醣在醫藥應用中的研究進展,包括藥物傳遞、組織工程、傷口癒合和抗感染等方面。藉由奈米技術的發展,幾丁聚醣被製成奈米顆粒、奈米膠囊等載體系統,用於藥物的靶向傳遞,提高了藥物的穩定性和效果。同時,幾丁聚醣也被應用於組織工程,用於細胞支架和組織修復,促進受損組織的再生。此外,幾丁聚醣還具有優越的抗微生物性,可應用於製備抗菌藥物、傷口敷料等產品,有效預防和治療感染。幾丁聚醣在醫藥應用中具有巨大的潛力,將為醫學治療和健康保健領域帶來更多創新和突破。

Chitosan is a biopolymer compound extracted from the exoskeleton of crustaceans, featuring a range of unique properties such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, low toxicity, and antimicrobial activity. Due to these characteristics, chitosan has been extensively applied in the field of medicine. In this article, the review of the research progress of chitosan in medical applications, including drug delivery, tissue engineering, wound healing, and anti-infection has been included. With the development of nanotechnology, chitosan has been fabricated into nano-particles and nano-capsules as the carrier systems for targeted drug delivery, enhancing drug stability and efficacy. Additionally, chitosan has been utilized in tissue engineering for cellular scaffolds and tissue repair, promoting the regeneration of damaged tissues. Furthermore, chitosan possesses superior antimicrobial properties, making it suitable for the preparation of antimicrobial drugs, wound dressings, and other products, effectively preventing and treating infections. Chitosan holds tremendous potential in medical applications, promising to bring more innovation and breakthroughs to the fields of medical treatment and health care.
