本研究針對市售五種複方花精(五行:木、火、土、金、水元素)進行成分分析研究,並比較與精油之相異處。使用氣相層析質譜儀(GC-MS)鑑定出二十種主要成分,結果顯示外加之定香劑鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯(diethyl phthalate,DEP)含量最高(85.70~97.10%)。沈香醇(linalool)為五種花精皆有出現之成分。更改GC-MS條件,可鑑定出五種複方花精共含有六十二種主要成分。依化學官能基分類分為醇(alcohol)、醛(aldehyde)、酯(ester)、醚(ether)、酮(ketone)、單烯(monoterpene)、酚(phenol)及倍半烯(sesquiterpene)八類。木、水元素分別以倍半烯與酯類含量最高,火、土、金元素則以醇類含量最高。檸檬烯(limonene)、桉樹腦(eucalyptol)、沈香醇、石竹烯(caryophyllene)、β-蓽澄茄油烯(β-cubebene)為五種花精皆有出現之成分。花精倡導能量共振原理來改善情緒層面,依據五種複方花精所測得之化學成分與精油資料庫及文獻比對,發現花精化學組成僅以微量存在,種類卻相當多,與許多精油化學組成成分相同。
This study examined the chemical compositions of five flower essences (FE) those were compared with essential oils. Twenty main components were determined by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The additional diethyl phthalate was examined the highest amount among these FE. Linalool was found in all FE. Sixty-two main components were analyzed in different GC-MS program. According to the chemical functional groups, FE were grouped into eight categories: alcohol, aldehyde, ester, ether, ketone, monoterpene, phenol and sesquiterpene. Sesquiterpene and ester were the highest amount in wood and water elements, respectively. Alcohol was the highest amount in fire, earth and metal elements. Limonene, eucalyptol, linalool, caryophyllene, β-cubebene were found in all FE. FE advocated improving the emotion level by energy resonance. The measured compounds from FE were compared with the database of essential oils and literature. Chemical compositions of FE exist only in trace, but the species is considerable, and they have many same chemical compositions.
