皮膚屏障(skin barrier)是人體最大且最外層的保護層,過去研究發現皮膚微生物群組成結構會隨著年齡增長而有改變,因此開發平衡皮膚微生物群的化妝品已經成為一種重要趨勢。益生元(Prebiotic)應用於皮膚微生物群,可增加皮膚上益生菌(Probiotic)與常駐細菌的活性與生長,透過調節有害與有益的微生物生長,達到平衡皮膚微生物群,有助於維持皮膚屏障正常功能。惟目前關於益生元局部塗抹應用於皮膚的功效研究仍屬少數。凝膠狀面膜是一種高分子膠結構的面膜,能緊密服貼於皮膚表層,透過皮膚滲透壓(Osmotic pressure)原理,有效將活性成分往皮膚底層滲透加速吸收。本研究目的在探討添加益生元材料於凝膜配方中,調整凝膜配方中膠體成分組成比例與濃度,藉由調整益生元材料濃度,進行多次打樣並作物性試驗,物性試驗包含酸鹼度試驗、黏度試驗、溫度循環試驗以評估含有益生元材料的凝膜產品安定性。預期研究結果為含有益生元材料的凝膜產品,找出最佳安定性表現的益生元材料濃度與高分子膠體組成成分與比例。研究成果將有利於擬開發含益生元凝膜產品的重要參考依據。
The skin barrier is the largest and outermost protective layer of the human body. Previous studies have found that the composition of skin microbiota will change with age. Therefore, it has become an important trend to develop cosmetics for balancing the skin microbiota. Prebiotics applied to the skin microbiome can increase the activity and growth of probiotics and resident bacteria on the skin. By regulating the growth of harmful and beneficial microorganisms, it can balance the skin microbiome and help maintain the normal skin barrier function. However, studies on the efficacy of topical application of prebiotics to the skin are still in the minority. Gel mask is a mask with polymer glue structure, which can be tightly attached to the surface of the skin. Through the principle of skin osmotic pressure, it can effectively penetrate the active ingredients into the bottom layer of the skin to accelerate absorption. The purpose of this study is to explore the addition of prebiotic to the gel formula, adjust the composition ratio and concentration of the colloidal components in the gel formula, and conduct multiple sampling and crop test by adjusting the concentration of the prebiotic. The physical property test includes pH test, viscosity test, abuse test to evaluate the stability of gel products containing prebiotic. Expected research results gel maskcontaining prebiotic, and find out the concentration of prebiotic and the composition and ratio of polymer colloid with the best stability performance. The research results will be an important reference for the proposed development of prebiotic-containing gel mask.
