本研究主要以溶劑萃取薄荷屬中綠薄荷、胡椒薄荷、薑味薄荷、柑橘薄荷四種薄荷葉,使用超聲波法輔助提取薄荷精油,並以氣相層析質譜儀(GC/MS)鑑定其化學成分,探討兩種不同萃取溶劑萃取不同種類之薄荷葉化學成分。四種薄荷中萃取率最高為薑味薄荷酒精萃取(18.13%),丙酮萃取(15.14%)。化學成分分析結果,綠薄荷主要精油成分為D-Carvone、D-Limonen、Neophytadiene﹔胡椒薄荷主要精油成分Menthyl acetate、DL-Menthol、Neophytadiene、Menthofurane、D-menthone﹔薑味薄荷主要精油成分為Linalool、gamma.-Terpinene、Neophytadiene、Thymol、(-)-.beta.-Pinene﹔柑橘薄荷主要精油成分為Linalyl acetate、Linalool、Levomenthol。四種薄荷葉皆含有化學成分為葉醇(3-Hexen-1-ol,(Z)-)、薄荷醇(Menthol)、新植二烯(Neophytadiene)、棕櫚酸(Hexadecanoic acid),葉綠醇(Phytol)。
In this study, four species of mint leaves in the genus Mentha, spearmint, peppermint, ginger mint, and citrus mint, were extracted by ultrasonic method with acetone and ethanol solvents, respectively. Their chemical compositions were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Among the four species of mints, the highest extraction ratios were ginger mint in ethanol (18.13%) and acetone (15.14%), respectively. According to the chemical composition analysis results, the top three main components of spearmint are D-carvone, D-limonene, and neophytadiene; the top five main components of peppermint are menthyl acetate, DL-menthol, neophytadiene, menthofurane, and D-menthone; the top five main components of ginger mint are linalool, gamma.-terpinene, neophytadiene, thymol, and (-)-. beta.-pinene; the top three main components of citrus mint are linalyl acetate, linalool, and levomenthol. Four species of mint leaves contain the same chemical components such as 3-hexen-1-ol,(Z) -, menthol, neophytadiene, hexadecanoic acid, and phytol.
