番荔枝科(Annonaceae)番荔枝屬(Annona)植物主要分布於熱帶以及亞熱帶地區,大多數番荔枝屬植物具有食用及藥用特性,其葉子所含的成分有抗菌、抗炎、降血糖的效果,但有關各種間的差異,並無文獻。本研究將探討三種番荔枝屬植物之葉子,分別為鳳梨釋迦(Annona atemoya)、大目釋迦(Annona atemoya)以及山刺番荔枝葉(Annona atemoya,評估其水萃取物對於多種抗氧化測試及細胞活性的效果。實驗結果顯示,三種萃取物的產率介於30.46-33.33%,以大目釋迦葉的產率最好。各項抗氧化測試結果由高至低分別為鳳梨釋迦葉>大目釋迦葉>山刺番荔枝葉,鳳梨釋迦葉效果最好,在清除DPPH、ABTS自由基、清除超氧陰離子、還原力測試,IC50分別為0.032、0.200、0.297以及0.190 mg/mL。總酚含量也以鳳梨釋迦含量最高為184.53 mg GAE/g sample,其次為大目釋迦為107.66 mg GAE/g sample,之後為山刺番荔枝為76.10 mg GAE/g sample。本研究結果顯示出番荔枝屬葉子尤其是鳳梨釋迦葉,很具有潛力被開發為抗老化的化妝品的天然原料。
Annona is a genus of plants in the Annonaceae family. They are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical areas. Most plants of the genus Annona have edible and medicinal properties. The ingredients contained in their leaves have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and hypoglycemic effects. This study will explore the leaves of three species of Annona genus, namely Annona atemoya, Annona squamosa and Annona montana, and evaluate their extracts for various antioxidants. The experimental results show that the recovery rates of the three extracts range from 30.46 to 33.33%. Annona montana leaves have the best in the recovery rate. The antioxidant efficacy of three samples from high to low were Annona atemoya > Annona squamosa > Annona montana. Annona squamosa leaves have the best effect. In the test of scavenging DPPH and ABTS free radicals, scavenging superoxide anions, and reducing power tests, the IC_(50) of Annona atemoya leaves were 0.032, 0.200, 0.297 and 0.190 mg/mL respectively. The total phenolic content was also highest in Annona atemoya with 184.53 mg GAE/g sample, followed by Annona squamosa with 107.66 mg GAE/g sample, and then Annona montana with 76.09 mg GAE/g sample. The results of this study show that Annona genus leaves, especially for Annona atemoya leaves has great potential to be developed as a natural raw material for anti-aging cosmetics.
