摘要


本研究主要是應用LabVIEW IMAQ 軟體進行影像條碼及數字於感測生物晶片之自動化辨識系統,將以CCD 所擷取到的生物晶片編碼影像傳送到LabVIEW IMAQ 程式辨識系統進行影像編碼辨識,並將辨識結果配對整理呈現顯示於螢幕上。本研究開發影像辨識系統是可以判別雜亂排列之生物晶片的優點,在檢測晶片結果時自動將晶片排列配對整齊。配合晶片編碼自動化影像辨識系統與醫學資料庫比對,可以迅速檢測基因或疾病的結果。在晶片編碼方面使用半導體技術之曝光顯影蝕刻製作二維條碼或數字編碼進行分類。
