This paper presents a two-transistors (2-T) and one-capacitor (1-C) based topology for realizing all-pass filter function of the first order, operating in voltage-mode and useful in analog signal processing applications over a wide frequency range. The structure's low supply voltage operation and simplicity make the proposal easy to adopt as an embedded sub-block within practical electronic and communication systems. The analysis details, along with simulation studies, verify the proposed structure. The salient features of the proposed structure include a 1V supply operation with 4.5 nW power consumption, -30 dB harmonic suppression, and relative insensitivity to circuit parasitic effects.
