摘要

探討中年已婚女性的外遇，需要深入瞭解外遇經歷，其心理表達將可以顯示性生理與性心理的發展傾向。本研究採用深度訪談法．藉由六位中年已婚女性外遇親身說法，透過半結構式訪談大綱為蒐集資料。研究發現：一、中年已婚女性在婚姻中，夫妻情感平淡、匱乏及情慾部分不滿足的影響。二、中年已婚女性情慾往外流動的重要關鍵。三、中年已婚女性外遇未必會影響到婚姻關係。四、中年已婚女性藉由外遇重新覺察身心情慾的需求及感受。

Exploring the affair of middle-aged married female a deep understanding of the affair experience. Their psychological expression will show the developmental tendency in physiology and confidence.This research adopts the in-depth interview method. Based on the personal statements of six middle-aged married female having an affair, semi-structured interview outlines were used to collect data. The study founds: 1. In the marriage of middle-aged married female, the couple's emotions are flat, lacking, and partly dissatisfied with erotic desires. 2. An important key to the outflow of erotic desires of middle-aged married female. 3. The affair of middle-aged married female may not affect the marriage relationship. 4. Middle-aged married female are re-aware of the needs and feelings of body and desire through affair.
