本研究主要在探討軍校生不同背景變相及體脂率對體適能的影響,並分析各變項間差異性、相關程度及預測力。研究對象為北部某軍事院校一到四年級全體男學生,共測692名。研究變項包含研究對象個人背景資料分為性別、年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍及體脂率,體適能項目分為2分鐘扶耳屈膝仰臥起坐、2分鐘俯地挺身、3000公尺徒手跑步及1分鐘引體向上,所得資料以t-test考驗、皮爾森積差相關及逐步迴歸等統計方法進行分析,顯著差異水準為α=.05。結果發現:一、個人背景資料及體脂率與各項體適能成績表現有顯著差異;二、在體脂率對2分鐘扶耳屈膝仰臥起坐的成績表現是有顯著相關,其預測力分別為2.8%,與年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍及體脂率有顯著的相關。三、在體脂率對2分鐘俯地挺身的成績表現是有顯著相關,其預測力為12.1%,與年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍及體脂率有顯著的相關。四、在體脂率和臀圍對3000公尺徒手跑步的成績表現有顯著相關,其體脂率預測立為20.5%及體指率+臀圍的預測力為21.7%,與年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍及體脂率有顯著的相關。五、在體脂率和BMI對1分鐘引體向上的成績表現是有顯著的相關,其體脂率預測力為6.6%及體脂率+BMI預測力為7.8%,與年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍及體脂率有顯著的相關。
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of demographics and percentage of body fat (PBF) among cadets to their physical fitness components, and analyze their relationship. We divided physical fitness into two-minute sit-ups, two-minute push-ups, 3000m running/walking, one-minute pull-ups for males, and bent arm hang test for females. Subjects of this study include 692 male cadets of the military academy in the northern Taiwan. Data analyses include t-test, correlation, and stepwise regression. Results indicate that 1) Demographics and PBF make significant difference to physical fitness, 2) PBF has a positive impact on the performance of two-minute sit-ups and significantly related to in age, height, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, and PBF, 3) PBF has a positive impact on the performance of two-minute push-ups and significantly related to age, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, and PBF, 4) PBF and PBF of male plus hip circumference respectively have a positive impact on the performance of 3000m running/walking and significantly related to age, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, PBF, and 3000m running/walking, 5) PBF and BMI of male respectively have an impact on the performance of one-minute pull-ups, and PBF of male as well as PBF plus BMI of male respectively significantly related to age, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, PBF.
