石壁傳奧及其判教思想-以《起信論隨疏記》為中心

Shibi Chuanao and his Doctrinal Classification: Focusing on the Qixin Lun Sui Shu Ji

摘要


石壁傳奧(生卒年不詳),曾著有《梵網經記》、《華嚴錦冠鈔》等七部著作;這些著作不僅在中國流傳甚廣,也曾影響過韓國與日本佛教,並在敦煌文獻中留下痕跡。作為具有華嚴學背景的人,他的著作對於宗密之後華嚴宗的生存和發展具有重大意義,成為了溝通唐代宗密(780-841)與宋代子璿(965-1038)的重要過渡人物。他除了《梵網經記》一文在日本和敦煌留有全本外,其他著作僅以片段式的方式被引用而流傳於世。其中日本順高撰述的《起信論本疏聽集記》文中載有傳奧《起信論隨疏記》的一段引用文;通過此段引用文,可以明白地瞭解傳奧的判教和其理論來源,以及傳奧文本為子璿改動的特點。

Shibi Chuanao石壁傳奧, birth and death years unknown, left behind seven pieces of literary works such as the Fanwang Jing Ji梵網經記, Huayan Jing Jin Guan Chao華嚴經錦冠鈔and so on. His works not only spread widely in China but also had great influence on Buddhism in Korea and Japan, and could also be found in Dunhuang literature. As one with solid foundation in Huayen, his works have a great significance to the survival and development of Huayen school after Zongmi宗密, being an important figure connecting between Zongmi in Tang dynasty and Zixuan子璿 in Song dynasty. Other than Fanwang Jing Ji, which remains available both in Japan and Dunhuang as a complete version, the others of his works are known to the world only as fragments quoted. A quotation of Qixin Lun Sui Shu Ji起信論隨疏記was found in Qixin Lun Ben Shu Ting Ji Ji起信論本疏聽集記written by the Japanese Shungao順高. From this citation, we can expressly understand his doctrinal classification and the sources of his model. In addition, we can also see features demonstrating how Zixuan altered Chuanao's text as in Qixin Lun Sui Shu Ji.
