摘要
於後疫情時代的現今，國際觀光產業雖然已逐漸復甦，跨國境旅遊對於中庸與保守性格的台灣遊客而言，仍然會有所顧忌。在國內疫情持續有效控制的狀況下，未來數年，台灣遊客以國內旅遊為主的趨勢仍將持續，但在在全世界人心惶惶與充滿不確定性的當下和未來。本就是以透過走進大自然、舒緩壓力、放鬆身心靈等觀光旅遊目標為首要發展的台灣東部地區，更是利用過去遺留下來的宗教古蹟，能在此時以宗教祈福等方式提供人們內心的歇息與療癒。本研究以花蓮、台東之「吉安慶修院」、「新城天主堂」、「台東鹿野神社」等文化宗教建築為目的地，探討此區域遊客的旅遊動機、旅遊阻礙、旅遊型態等關係。採用文獻分析法及問卷調查法，發放網路問卷，預計回收三百份以上有效樣本。並使用SPSS軟體統計數據進行分析，包含敘述性統計、常態分布、信效度分析、迴歸分析、卡方分析等，以了解台灣遊客對於至東部旅遊的旅遊動機、阻礙、型態等。提出結論與建議，希望有助於更加瞭解遊客，以提供更能吸引遊客的服務與行程等，也使遊客獲得更愉悅的旅遊體驗。

In the post-epidemic era, although the international tourism industry has gradually recovered, cross-border travel still has scruples for moderate and conservative Taiwanese tourists. Under the condition that the domestic epidemic continues to be effectively controlled, the trend of Taiwanese tourists focusing on domestic tourism will continue in the next few years, but in the present and future of panic and uncertainty in the world. The eastern part of Taiwan is originally developed with the goal of going into nature, relieving stress, and relaxing the body and mind. It also uses the religious monuments left over from the past to provide people with religious blessings at this time. Rest and heal. This study takes Hualien and Taitung's "Ji'an Keishuin", "Xincheng Catholic Church", "Taitung Luye Shrine" and other cultural and religious buildings as destinations to explore the relationship between tourists' travel motivations, travel obstacles, and travel patterns in these areas. Using the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method, the online questionnaire is distributed, and more than 300 valid samples are expected to be recovered. And use SPSS software statistical data for analysis, including descriptive statistics, normal distribution, reliability analysis, regression analysis, chi-square analysis, etc., to understand the travel motivation, obstacles, and patterns of Taiwanese tourists to the east of the country. Conclusions and suggestions are put forward, hoping to help better understand tourists, provide services and itineraries that are more attractive to tourists, and also enable tourists to obtain a more pleasant travel experience.
