眼瞼下垂的鑑別診斷與治療

摘要

眼瞼下垂是眼科門診常見的臨床問題之一，輕微者影響患者外在的容貌美觀，嚴重者會造成前額痠痛以及視野受損，眼瞼下垂也可能是身體其他重大疾病的共同表現之一，甚而危及生命，臨床診斷上不可輕易忽視。本文藉由幾個眼瞼下垂臨床病例分享，介紹其相關的鑑別診斷與治療。
