摘要
白細胞破碎性血管炎(leukocytoclastic vasculitis)乃指以嗜中性球浸潤為主的小血管發炎。其表現為皮膚出現觸壓不會變白(non-blanching)、可觸摸到的紫斑(palpable purpura)或瘀血點(petechiae)。致病原因常和藥物或是感染有關，治療以治療致病原因為主，如停藥或治療感染，還須觀察有無其他器官侵犯。本文介紹一確診為白細胞破碎性血管炎的女性病例，於停用抗生素後皮膚病灶明顯改善，並針對白細胞破碎性血管炎做簡單介紹。
