後天性A型血友病

摘要

後天性A型血友病(acquired hemophilia A)是很難診斷，且容易被延誤的疾病，約有一半的病患發病原因不明。其發生率相當低，每年每百萬人約只有1.5人被診斷，其中以75-80歲的老人家最為常見，臨床表現以不正常出血為主。本篇文章報告一個後天性A型血友病的臨床案例，並介紹這個疾病的臨床表現、診斷流程、治療方式及預後。
