常見的巨細胞病毒疾病定義簡介

摘要

近年來，隨著實驗室診斷工具的進步，許多病毒診斷所需的時間大幅減少，這使得許多病毒感染在臨床診斷上實用性增加，巨細胞病毒(cytomegalovirus, CMV)即是其中之一。巨細胞病毒是一種廣泛感染於人類族群的疱疹病毒之一，在免疫功能正常的人身上，此病毒並無太大的威脅性。然而，當宿主的免疫低下時，巨細胞病毒會復發感染多種組織器官造成疾病。近年由於診斷技術(例如聚合酶連鎖反應)的發展，巨細胞病毒感染引起的相關疾病與症狀越來越受重視。本文的目的旨在闡述巨細胞病毒感染引起的相關疾病、症狀與診斷。
