摘要
小劑量干適能(Hepsera, adefovir dipivoxil)是治療慢性B型肝炎的藥物之一。長期使用可能會導致骨軟化症(osteomalacia)。這是一種罕見的藥物不良反應，其發作潛伏期可能長達10年。病人常表現出全身骨頭疼痛及多發性骨折，血中磷離子明顯降低。全身骨頭掃描常見多處顯影，易誤判為多發性惡性骨轉移。雖然這種情況不容易診斷，臨床醫生應謹慎小心積極處理。藉由這篇文章，我們來探討這疾病的表現及特色。
