摘要


高強度間歇運動(high-intensity interval training, HIIT)是結合高強度加上間歇式訓練而成的運動,其特色在於透過短時間、高耗能運動加上短暫休息的方式來訓練以達到生理參數的改變。本文統整近年來高強度間歇訓練相關的醫學實證及進展,主要包含過重/肥胖及心臟復健相關族群的研究。高強度間歇運動在過重/肥胖者的研究上分為兒童和成人族群:在兒童接受短期(少於12週)高強度間歇運動後最大攝氧量和血壓有顯著改善;成人在接受短期高強度間歇運動後最大攝氧量、舒張壓及空腹血糖有顯著改善;在長期高強度間歇運動(12週以上)後則發現腰圍、體脂率、最大攝氧量、休息時心跳、收縮壓及舒張壓的顯著改善。在心臟復健領域,目前有針對冠心病、心衰竭及心臟移植的研究:對於冠心病患者,高強度間歇運動比中強度有氧運動更能有效提升患者心肺耐力,其它研究也證實,高強度間歇運動對於心衰竭和心臟移植的患者是安全有效的訓練方法。
