系統性肥大細胞增生症伴隨其他血液腫瘤之診斷

摘要

系統性肥大細胞增生症伴隨其他血液腫瘤（systemic mastocytosis with associated hematological neoplasm, SM-AHN）是一種肥大細胞多處異常增生並同時罹患其他血液腫瘤如急性骨髓性白血病（acute myeloid leukemia, AML）、骨髓化生不良症候群（myelodysplastic syndrome）、骨髓增生性疾病（myeloproliferative disorder）等之疾病，同時罹患淋巴瘤或多發性骨髓瘤亦可能發生，但較罕見。由於此疾病具廣泛之全身性症狀及預後不良的特性，因而早期診斷並給予相對應之治療甚為重要。
