數位牙科:電腦設計數位手術導板協助植體種植

摘要


近年隨著錐狀射束電腦斷層掃描(cone beam computed tomography, CBCT)與3D列印(3-dimensional printing)技術引進到牙科植牙領域,搭配電腦輔助設計與電腦輔助製造(computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing, CAD/CAM)技術,為植牙帶來新的進步與演變。有了CBCT與3D植體設計軟體,不但可以提供關於病患3D解剖構造的資訊,也考量到病患未來假牙贋復的設計。透過這些資料結合CAD/CAM的方式製作出數位手術導板,可以導引醫師更為準確迅速的將植體種植到理想的位置。本文將藉由臨床案例分享,介紹數位手術導板應用在植牙手術中的流程與步驟。
