摘要
腸造口是一種讓腸道分流的方式，目的是要避免遠端腸道的病灶所形成的阻塞、滲漏、發炎、還有為了遠端腸道的永久切除，腸造口的照顧對病患生活影響不小，臨床醫師對於腸造口的分類、特性也應該有足夠的認知。
