藥物相關之顎骨壞死

摘要

藥物相關引起之上下顎骨壞死現已成為口腔外科醫師及一般牙醫師每日臨床治療病人之一大困擾。這是一種慢性暴露壞死骨的疾病，可能合併主要或次要感染。常見為病患服用治療其他疾病（如惡性腫瘤合併骨頭轉移，或是骨質疏鬆）之藥物後產生之併發症，出現上顎或下顎骨壞死（osteonecrosis of jaw），對病人日常生活產生不等程度的影響。
