Abstracts

胰臟癌的早期診斷較為困難，且胰臟鄰近大血管與其他重要器官，因此增加了手術切除的困難性。以現階段醫學而言，胰臟癌的治療雖有進步但治療預後仍比其他種類的癌症差，縱使有許多新興的癌症治療於近幾年浮現，手術、化學藥物與標靶藥物治療依然是胰臟癌病患的主要選擇。
