Abstracts

停經後，荷爾蒙補充治療可以改善停經後的血管症狀、舒緩生殖泌尿道之不適，但也可能增加靜脈栓塞之風險，此與賀爾蒙之種類、劑量、使用方式（如口服或經皮膚使用）所有不同。並需考慮使用者的年齡和體重。當懷疑有靜脈栓塞時，須縝密檢查、確定並治療之。
