摘要
男性不孕症是近年來生殖醫學重視的課題，其中非阻塞性無精症是其中困難治療的範疇。對於此類患者而言，雙方伴侶在接受相關的治療同時，身心及經濟的壓力著實非常困擾。本文藉由文獻回顧，簡介男性不孕症及非阻塞性無精症相關資料，並統計臺北榮民總醫院顯微取精手術案例共200位非阻塞性無精症患者資料，分析各臨床表現之取精成功率，希望能協助臨床醫師面對病患，能有更完整的預後資料可供病患參考。
