摘要

遠紅外線（near-infrared, NIR）攝影搭配碘氰綠（indocyanine green, ICG）在臨床上可用來顯影許多解剖構造，而這個技術也已被廣泛運用在許多手術，如前哨淋巴結（sentinel lymph node, SLN）的偵測，術中腫瘤定位，以及在術中監控器官灌流量等。本文將簡述此技術目前在胸腔外科領域臨床上的運用。
