Abstracts
夜間遺尿常見於學齡兒童，但若未經適當的因應，將對孩童與家庭產生顯著的影響。夜間遺尿的病因牽涉許多因素，臨床醫師評估的重點在於排尿習慣與有限度的理學檢查，而排尿日記及尿液分析亦能提供診斷資訊。針對單一症狀夜間遺尿，治療始於生活習慣的調整，後續選擇包括防潮鬧鈴與藥物，仰賴醫師與家庭共同討論出對於孩童最適當的處置。
