第2型糖尿病減重代謝手術後營養照護

減重代謝手術為中、重度肥胖第2型糖尿病的治療方法之一,術式以袖狀胃切除與Roux-en-Y胃繞道為主。術後可改善血糖控制,糖尿病緩解成效可達約8.3年,且術後2年內平均可減少50%的過多體重。因應不同的術式,飲食可分為短、中、長期的階段性飲食進展,包含飲食質地調整以降低術後的腸胃不適、攝取足量水分及蛋白質(1.1-1.5克/公斤理想體重),並限制攝取精緻糖。術後6個月內因攝取量減少,故需定期監測並補充微量營養素,以達到減重成效並降低營養素缺乏的副作用發生。
