摘要
霍奇金淋巴瘤（Hodgkin lymphoma）是淋巴瘤其中一型，為一種淋巴細胞的癌變，於1832年由托馬斯．霍奇金（Thomas Hodgkin）首次報導。本篇報告一名無症狀案例，於健檢胸部X光發現縱膈腔腫塊，進而接受一系列檢查檢驗確診後，日前已轉至血液腫瘤科安排治療中。
