摘要
肺結核（pulmonary tuberculosis）和肺癌（lung cancer）有共同的危險因子，流行病學的數據也證實兩者有相關性，而兩病共存時也會影響彼此的治療，亦因胸部影像學變化多端導致有延誤診斷的可能性。個案為一中年男性，因呼吸費力就醫，胸部X光片發現一結節，經電腦斷層導引肺部切片檢查後診斷為肺腺癌，接受手術後發現除了惡性腫瘤外還有肺結核感染。本文簡要介紹這兩個疾病共存時的臨床特徵與診斷治療。
