摘要

腎上腺腺瘤（adrenal adenoma）是種常見的良性腫瘤，這種腫瘤通常是在進行腹部影像檢查時偶然發現，並且絕大部分不會產生症狀。然而，有些人可能會出現一些非特異性的症狀，這些症狀可能與腫瘤的大小、腫瘤是否有分泌過多賀爾蒙有關，如果腫瘤對生理功能產生影響，就需要進一步的評估以及治療。
