顴骨骨折

摘要

顴骨為中臉的骨架中最重要的支撐結構之一，由顴骨體及顴骨弓兩部分組成。顴骨骨折可分為非移位骨折及移位骨折，非移位骨折可採保守治療，若為移位骨折往往造成臉部畸形及功能障礙等症狀，依據移位的角度、方向及嚴重度須接受不同手術方式之復位，以恢復中臉之架構及顏面功能。
