探討相鄰植體之牙冠相連與否的原則

摘要

多數研究指出，多顆植體的牙冠相連（splinted implant crowns）在力學表現上的確會有較好的力量分散（stress distribution），但在臨床上仍需考慮各種因素，包含：患者本身骨頭條件（bone quality）、植牙直徑與長度（implant diameter and length）、牙冠和植體的比例（crown-implant ratio）、牙冠長度（crown height space）和受力情形以及口腔衛生狀況等等。
