摘要
下肢周邊動脈疾病（peripheral artery disease, PAD）一直是許多年長者、糖尿病患者甚至是洗腎患者常常遇到的問題，而且常常會合併很多其他心血管的問題，及早的診斷和治療可以降低疾病的進展。今年2024年美國的心臟學會（American Heart Association, AHA）合併北美血管學會（SVS）、歐洲血管外科學會（SVS）也都更新對於PAD的指引，我們依據這兩個指引提供一些臨床上的建議。
