摘要


因應校園內網路的穩定度需求增加,師生對於對網路中斷的容忍度減少,並且校園中網路設備數量日益增加,一旦網路發生異常,網管人員需花費大量時間查修,因此佈署一個即時的校園網路設備狀態監控系統勢在必行。本研究建置一個基於Zabbix 之主從式網路設備監控系統,即時監控與記錄校園內骨幹以及各館舍中網路設備的健康狀態,並提供網路末端使用者瀏覽行為的模擬功能,即時取得最貼近使用者的網路狀態。本研究使用嵌入式主機板取代傳統伺服器做為分散式Proxy 的承載設備,降低了佈置主從式系統的花費成本;並且搭配自動化佈署工具,降低人工設定分散式Proxy 所帶來人力耗損與時間成本。本研究於實際校園網路中驗證,成果為透過Zabbix 主從式監控系統架構即時監控設備狀態與使用者端網路狀態,並使用嵌入式主機板–Raspberry Pi 與自動化佈建工具–Ansible,達到降低建置花費成本與時間成本。

Due to the increasing demand for network stability, the tolerance for network interruption decreases. Also, the increasing amount of network devices deployed in campus makes the network troubleshooting time-consuming and inefficient. Therefore, a real-time network devices monitoring system is needed. In this study, a monitoring system based on Zabbix is proposed. The proposed system provides health monitoring feature for routers and switches, and it also provides end user simulation feature to monitor the endpoint network efficiency. Besides, the proposed system is constructed with single-board computers to reduce the system construction cost, and it also uses the deployment automation tool to reduce the deployment cost. To verify the proposed system, it is implemented on a campus. The proposed system is constructed using the Zabbix master-slave architecture with Raspberry Pi and Ansible so that the system construction cost and deployment cost are reduced.
