Many famous enterprises have their own evaluation approach to decide the store locations, franchise coffee shop - Starbucks even has a development division to be responsible for choosing the store locations. It is not difficult to see the importance of a good place for the development of a shop. Population, traffic, consumption level, and etc. are the factors we need to consider when choosing the store locations. For those who have no startup experience or just started enterprises, what data they need to collect and how to use the data for finding the proper places for their shops is difficult. This paper designs a system which uses the open data provided by the government to analyze and find the best places for a specific shop type in a given range. It gives the users an easier way to find where the best place for their shop is.
